Be Nice Works is the brainchild of Claire Niederberger, a software engineer and designer with 10+ years of experience.

Claire has a background working with a variety of organizations, from small businesses and nonprofits to publicly traded companies. She has developed a wide range of projects, including rapid prototypes for autonomous car displays, user interfaces for high-frequency trading software, programmatically generated environmental designs, and high-impact websites for nonprofits.

Claire has a degree in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. Prior to founding Be Nice Works, she was a Principal Engineer at Stitch Fix.
